Corridor Capital Completes Investment in TrashMasters

We are pleased to announce that on May 1, 2009 Corridor Capital, through its special purpose limited partnership, Corridor TrashMasters, L.P., completed a leveraged buyout as the lead investor, joined by our partner SPB Partners, resulting in a controlling interest in TrashMasters, LLC (“TrashMasters”).
 
Via a series of asset purchases, TrashMasters has successfully completed its acquisition of substantially all of the assets and specified liabilities of the contributing companies creating a Western Regional waste hauling business with operations in multiple states. As in previous Corridor transactions, the sellers of the contributing businesses maintained material ownership interests in the combined business.
