Marcus A. Badger, Principal
Marcus joined Corridor Capital in 2010. Marcus has over seven years of experience executing private equity investments and acquisition transactions.
Prior to joining Corridor Capital, Marcus was a Vice President at Frontenac Company, a Chicago-based private equity firm. While with Frontenac, Marcus developed industry investment theses and recruited industry executives with whom to partner to pursue acquisition opportunities. Marcus also led the investment execution process, including due diligence, structuring, debt capital sourcing and documentation. He also served on the Board of Directors of e+CancerCare, a national operator of outpatient cancer treatment centers.
Marcus originally honed his private equity execution abilities at H.I.G. Capital, a Miami-based private equity firm. He began his career advising public and private companies on strategic matters, including mergers, acquisitions and divestitures, while working in the investment banking divisions of UBS and Credit Suisse.
Marcus holds an M.B.A. from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and a B.B.A. with High Distinction from The Stephen M. Ross School of Business at The University of Michigan. |
