Sami Levi is an experienced entrepreneur with a proven track record of maximizing the value of underperforming businesses. As CEO/CFO, Sami develops and strengthens entrepreneurial organizations. With a view towards stabilization and growth, Sami builds management teams and financial controls and drives M&A activities. Sami has participated in the acquisition of 3 companies identified as underperforming and undervalued businesses in large markets. These businesses include: Sigma Medical Imaging, a supplier of diagnostic imaging equipment, service and supplies, which grew to become the second largest company of its kind in California prior to its acquisition by PSS World Medical (Nasdaq: PSSI); Aquatec Water Systems, a manufacturer of precision diaphragm pumps and flow control components; and, Isensix, Inc., a manufacturer of remote wireless monitoring systems for medical facilities. Sami began his career as part of the finance team in the M&A department of the Fairchild Corporation to acquire several companies ranging from $5 million to $500 million. Additionally, Sami worked with certain divisions of the Fairchild Corporation to devise strategies for turnaround or divestiture of underperforming assets. He holds a BSE from the Moore School of Engineering, University of Pennsylvania as well as an MBA from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
