Los Angeles, CA – Corridor Capital is pleased to announce the addition of Kevin Jay as Principal on the firm’s Investment Team and Chloe Poyourow’s transition to Analyst on the Investment Team from her prior role in Business Development.
Kevin Jay
Kevin will be focusing on the evaluation, diligence, financing and execution of new investments. He will also be active in providing support to Corridor’s portfolio companies and management partners.
Kevin joins the Corridor team from Wadadli Capital Partners, an independent investment, as well as financial and strategic consulting, firm he founded. Wadadli focused on lower middle market transactions and companies.
Prior to the formation of Wadadli, Kevin was a Principal on Investcorp International Inc.’s Private Equity North America team. During his six-and-a-half-year tenure with Investcorp, Kevin was responsible for deal execution, portfolio monitoring and deal sourcing and worked on multiple platform and add-on investments. Kevin was also an Associate at Arsenal Capital Partners, a New York-based lower middle market private investment firm. Kevin began his career as an investment banker with UBS Investment Bank and Oppenheimer & Company where he focused on leveraged finance, financial sponsor and restructuring engagements.
Kevin earned a B.S. in Applied Economics and Management from Cornell University.
Chloe Poyourow
Chloe transitioned her role at Corridor from Analyst, Business Development to Analyst on the Investment Team. She had success launching Corridor’s independent sponsor coverage program and sourced a platform investment the firm closed earlier this year.
In her new role, Chloe will engage in new investment execution and portfolio company support.
Chloe holds a B.S. with a double concentration in Finance and International Business from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business.
