Los Angeles, CA – We are pleased to announce that Corridor Capital, LLC portfolio company Control Devices, LLC acquired Hunter Fritz World Source Manufacturing, LLC on Wednesday, September 3, 2008.
Hunter Fritz is a value-added global sourcing organization providing component sourcing and product design/development for customers in the flow control market, particularly with strength in pressure washer accessories. With the addition of Hunter Fritz, Control Devices is immediately able to offer a broader product range and more comprehensive sourcing options for its customers. Hunter Fritz headquarters are in St Louis, MO with additional operations in Shanghai, China.
Hunter Fritz President Jim Norris will join Control Devices assuming the role of Vice President of Sales and Marketing. Jim brings 16 years of flow control experience in sales, marketing and general management to Control Devices and will also serve on the newly formed Acquisition Taskforce.
